Acceptance
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Purpose of this website
This site presents general information about our technology, hardware programme and partnerships. It is published for information only. It is not an offer, invitation, solicitation or recommendation to buy or subscribe for any security, financial instrument or other interest, and it does not form part of any contract.
Forward-looking statements
Statements about future missions, launch dates, characterization results, patent filings, regulatory pathways, grants and commercial outcomes are forward-looking. They reflect current intentions and depend on launch providers, recovery operations, regulators, funding, third-party facilities and physical results that are outside our full control. Actual outcomes may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update forward-looking statements.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, regulatory, medical, scientific, investment or tax advice. No physician-patient, advisory or fiduciary relationship is created. No product described here is approved for clinical or commercial use, and nothing here is a claim of safety or efficacy for any pharmaceutical product.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, imagery, hardware renderings, designs, trade marks and the ACME Space name, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the content for non-commercial informational purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce it commercially, or use it to imply any endorsement or partnership, without our prior written consent.
Third parties and their marks
Names, marks and logos of partners, institutions and agencies appear on this site to describe the relationships and awards stated. They remain the property of their respective owners. Award or facility references describe hardware engineering competitions, research agreements or grants only, and do not imply endorsement of any commercial offering by NASA, ANSTO, any government agency, university or launch provider.
Confidentiality of enquiries
Partnership enquiries are handled by the founding team, and substantive technical discussions take place under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information by email before an NDA is in place; unsolicited material sent to us will not be treated as confidential.
Payload capacity and licensing
Descriptions of mission capacity, payload slots, licensing terms and any right of first refusal are indicative only. They are subject to availability, technical feasibility, applicable law and the negotiation and execution of definitive written agreements. No right or entitlement arises from this website or from any enquiry.

This site links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
