Controller
The controller of any personal data collected through this website is Acme Hyperion Ltd (UK), trading as ACME Space. For any privacy question or request, contact info@acmespacehub.com.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party tracking scripts, and it does not store anything in your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts and hosting
Typefaces are loaded from Fontshare and Google Fonts, and the site is served by our hosting provider. As with any request over the internet, these providers necessarily receive your IP address and basic technical request data in order to deliver the files to you. We do not receive, store or combine that data, and we do not use it to identify you.
What we collect
We only hold personal data that you choose to send us. If you contact us about a partnership or any other matter, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write in your message and attachments.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use that information solely to respond to you and to evaluate and progress a potential business relationship. Under the UK GDPR our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting business correspondence, and, where a partnership proceeds, taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Your message is held in our business email system, provided by our email and cloud service providers acting as processors on our behalf. We disclose personal data to others only where we are legally required to do so, or to our professional advisers where necessary.
International transfers
Our providers and our team operate across the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia, so your correspondence may be processed in those locations. Where personal data leaves the UK or the EEA, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses as appropriate.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from our last exchange, unless it relates to a contract or a legal obligation, in which case we keep it for as long as that requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@acmespacehub.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority in the EEA.
Children
This site is directed at businesses and professionals and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
