Real pharma IP. Grown in orbit.

Orbital manufacturing
for the future
of pharmaceuticals.

We remove the physical limits that gravity imposes on crystallization. In microgravity we grow superior drug crystal polymorphs that cannot exist on Earth — and we hold the patents on them. Flight hardware is built, partners are contracted, and our first payload flies in Q1 2027.

01 — The thesis

Big Pharma is staring down the largest patent cliff in history.

Between 2025 and 2030, blockbuster drugs generating over $260B in annual revenue lose exclusivity. The molecules stay valuable; the monopolies protecting them expire.

Superior crystalline polymorphs unlock fresh patents and the FDA 505(b)(2) pathway. The catch: on Earth, gravity disrupts crystallization. In orbit, it doesn’t — so the next generation of these patents will not be filed in a terrestrial lab. We intend to hold them.

01

Recrystallize in orbit

Blockbuster APIs are recrystallized in microgravity, where mass transport is governed by pure diffusion — no buoyancy-driven defects.

02

Isolate new polymorphs

We isolate and stabilize entirely new, superior crystalline forms that are unachievable under Earth's gravity.

03

Patent & file 505(b)(2)

Each new polymorph supports a fresh patent filing and the FDA 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway — extending market exclusivity.

04

Own the exclusivity

The superior form is ours, protected by our filings. Anyone who wants it — incumbents included — licenses it from us, on our terms.

04 — Mission 2027

Payload capacity is allocated, not sold.

Capacity on our first 2027 mission is allocated strictly to strategic partners. A limited number of payload slots is available for exclusive licensing, including Right of First Refusal on the polymorphs and filings arising from that slot.

  • Exclusive licensing terms negotiated per slot
  • Right of First Refusal on resulting IP
  • Full characterization data package post-flight
  • Co-development and joint filing options available
